On each shaft we have installed two sets of wheels, one set of wheels to produce one size. The cutting knives are also of special quality with two sizes on one knife. This saves the customer the cost of the machine and the factory floor space. With a production speed of 15 meters per minute, this line is economical and of good quality.

Light steel keel gypsum board partition wall installation should generally go through the following processes: wall placement, wall pad construction, installation of keel along the floor and along the top, installation of vertical keel, fixing door and window makeup, installation of gypsum board on one side of the wall, installation of gypsum price on the other side, seam treatment, wall decoration.(drywall system roll forming machine)
1. Wall position put line: according to the design to determine the wall position, put out the wall position line on the ground, and lead the line to the roof and side walls.(Track roll forming machine)
2. Wall pad construction: first clean the wall pad and floor, ground contact parts, coated with an interface treatment agent, followed by pouring C20 concrete wall pad, the upper surface of the wall pad should be flat, both sides of the surface should be vertical.(Stud roll forming machine)
3. Installation along the ground, along the top keel: along the ground, along the top keel in place, fixed with nails, nails in the distance of 900mm, nail position should avoid the laying of concealed pipe parts.
4. Installation of vertical keel: according to the determined spacing of the vertical keel, draw lines along the floor and along the top keel in separate files. The vertical keel is arranged from the end of the wall in accordance with the lines drawn. When the partition wall is equipped with a door or window, it should be arranged from the door or window to one or both sides. When the size of the last keel from the edge of the wall is greater than the specified keel spacing, an additional keel must be installed. The upper and lower ends of the keel shall be fixed with the keel along the top and along the floor with rivets or self-tapping screws.
5. Fixing the door and window frames: the door and window frames are positioned according to the design and connected to the vertical keel, along the ground and along the top keel. Wooden window and door frames can be fixed with wood screws, steel and aluminium window and door frames can be fixed with self-tapping screws.( Stud roll forming machine/stud bending machine)
6. When installing gypsum board, it should be arranged vertically and the gypsum board on both sides of the keel should be staggered. Plasterboard and keel can be fixed with self-tapping screws. 12mm thick plasterboard with long 25mm self-tapping screws; two layers of 12mm thick plasterboard with long 35mm self-tapping screws. Self-tapping screws should be at least l0mm from the edge of the plasterboard wrapped in paper and at least 15mm from the edge of the cut board; the screw cap should be buried in the board but should not damage the paper. The centre distance of the self-tapping screws should be 250mm around the board and 300mm in the middle of the board.
7. In addition to the open joints, the horizontal and vertical joints of the plasterboard partition wall (including the joints between the plasterboard and the roof and side walls of the plasterboard) must be embedded and pasted with jointing tape.(Wall angle roll forming machine/wall angel bending machine)
