Finish Testing for Rectangular 40X25 Quadro Wall Cladding Panel Forming Machine

Last Month , we finish final testing for a Wall Cladding Panel Forming Machine , which is designed as customer profile for Chile market . Here is the machine details .

This Wall cladding panel with continuous homogeneous and orthogonal modulation, can be worked with exterior, interior and roof cover . Rectangular 40X25 Quadro Wall Cladding Panel with ribbed termination of rectangular squares 40 mm wide x 25 mm deep, with hidden fixing and completely hidden joint between each sheets.

We design this machine in 26 rows of roller station , adding side rollers to make good finish of both surface and bottom of wall cladding panel . At the feeding part , we make laminating device for PE protection film , to keep sure there’s no scratch on panel .

During the testing , we take videos and share to customer at same time , he is very happy to see the good finish of this Cladding Panel Forming Machine , and expecting to receive it soon , Cause customer has got many orders on this design .
